Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available if the promised reports are not generated.

As a digital service, we provide refunds when our system fails to deliver the Local AI Check reports included in your subscription plan.

1. When Refunds Apply

You may be eligible for a refund only if:

  • Your subscription includes a specific number of reports and they were not generated
  • A technical failure on our end prevented report generation
  • Reports promised in your plan were not delivered within the billing period

In such cases, contact us within 3 days of the issue with evidence of the failed report generation.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI visibility scores or results
  • Change of mind after subscription
  • Failure to use the service during your billing period
  • Results that depend on third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Partial month cancellations
  • Reports that were successfully generated

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

Include your registered email, subscription details, and evidence that reports were not generated

We'll investigate

We will verify the report generation status and respond within 2-3 business days

Receive your refund

If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for cancellations.

5. Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
