Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LocalAICheck ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LocalAICheck provides AI visibility checking and monitoring services for independent businesses. We check whether AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others) can find and recommend your business, and provide actionable insights to improve your AI visibility.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement
• One person or business may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Subscription and Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay or PayPal
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) based on your location
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
• Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date

5. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us
• Upon cancellation, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 3 days of purchase by emailing hi@localaicheck.com
• After the 3-day window, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Provide false or misleading business information
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by LocalAICheck. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent. Your business data remains your property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI platforms will recommend your business or that your visibility score will improve. AI platform algorithms and data sources may change without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

LocalAICheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
